Kuttu flour - 4 cups (100 grams)
Green chili - 2 
Coriander - 3 tablespoons
Black pepper - ½ tablespoons

Ginger - 1 tablespoons
Ferrari salt - 1  tablespoons
 fry oil

Water chestnut flour -  (75 grams)
Peanuts - ½ cup
Coriander - 1 to 2 tablespoons 
Green chili -  3
Ginger - 1 tablespoons
Black pepper - ½  tablespoons
Oil - 4 tablespoons

Make pakoras and  cutlets it very easy way to make this food so first steps to adopt , take 4 cups kuttu flour in a vessel and add a little water. After  the mixture is ready, keep it for some time to

while the mixture becomes flowering add ½ teaspoon of Ferrari salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 2-3 green chillies, 1 teaspoon ginger and 1-2 teaspoons green coriander and mixture .
