 MAIN INGREDIENT-MOTH BEAN, WHEAT FLOUR

Wheat flour – 1 [150 grams]
Gram flour - 2 tablespoon[20 gms]
Oil - 2-tablespoon
Kasuri Methi - 1 tablespoon
Parsley - 4 tablespoon
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Turmeric Powder - 4 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 4 tablespoons
Red chili powder - 4 tablespoons
Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
Salt - ½ tablespoons
Milk - ½ cu

Mix some ingredient


Crush all component


Take out wheat flour in a bowl, add gram flour, fenugreek, parsley, asafetida, turmeric powder, cumin, red chili powder, finely chopped green chilliest, salt and 2 tablespoon oil and mix all the ingredients. add tiny milk and prepare it by kneading a little hard dough with chapatti flour, add 1-2 teaspoons of water if necessary.

Cover the keep it for 15-20 minutes. They will be set and ready.

Dough is ready, apply some oil on your hands and crush the flour. Break small dough from the dough. Now take one dough and make it round by crush it and place it back in the bowl, and prepare all the pieces in the same way, now place them on a plate, roll it as soon as it is sticking to the plate, lift it into dry flour Wrap and prepare it by rolling it very thin.

Warmth the lefse., and put the thin rolled khakhra on the griddle. When the least surface is slightly enfeeble the color of the top surface of Khakhra become a slightly darker, now turn it. On the other surface too, once it gets roasted, turn it again. With a cotton cloth, on the medium flame, after gently pressing the Khakhra from all sides, turn it over and roast it till the brown spots appear on both the sides of the Khakhra.

HOW TO MAKE GUJARATI KHAKHRA⌛
